Sitting on the stone benches that surround the terrace, one can admire, on the other side of the river, the vast garden of Casa Voltegira consisting of a vegetable garden and an orchard, enclosed by immense bench-walls.

The fruits and vegetables we grow enrich our guest table every day and enhance the products from our beautiful micro-region of Falasorma that accompany them.

Meat, charcuterie, cheeses, and honeys are at the heart of the gourmet, generous, and inventive cuisine we offer every evening. But above all, it's a vibrant cuisine, rich in tastes and flavors, made possible only by exceptional products, such as organic veal raised on its mother's milk in the open air, farm cheeses from the neighboring valley, and Galeria honey with the PDO Mele di Corsica designation, which graces every festive table in Corsica.

A selection of Corsican wines, including AOP Calvi and Patrimonio, is also available to enhance your dinners, which you can enjoy according to your mood or the season, in the dining room or on the terrace.

You can also find our homemade products at breakfast: Brioches, cakes, biscuits, canistrelli, yogurts and jams, with fruit from the garden of course to start the day with a delicious treat!
